Brady BBP72-PLUS firmware installation instructions:

Download the zip file
Extract the file to your desktop
Connect a USB flash drive into your desktop
Create a "Misc" folder under root directory from the USB flash drive
Copy the extracted file into the "Misc" folder of USB flash drive
Confirm that the extracted file is present in "Misc" folder of the USB flash drive
Once copied, insert the USB flash drive into USB port of the BBP72 Plus printer
Follow instructions to install firmware from the printer
