Brady Script Emulator for ZPL Firmware Upgrade Instructions
  1. Download the attached .zip file and unzip the contents
  2. Place the unzipped "ZPLEmulatorUpgrade.1.0.1363829.swu" file on a flash drive at the root directory
  3. Power on the device, then insert the flash drive in the device.
  4. While the upgrade is being processed, the etherent port LEDs will blink in succession. The device will reboot once the upgrade is complete (upgrades typically take ~1.5 minutes)

Alternate ZPL Emulator Firmware Upgrade Instructions
  1. Power on the device and connect it to your network
  2. From a PC on the same network, enter the device's IP address in the address bar of a browser to access the printer's ESM (Embedded Settings Management) page. (IP address can be found by tapping phone on device nfc conect)
  3. Navigate to the Firmware tab
    • To pull the firmware file from our server, click "Update Now" on the left side of the page
    • To point the device to locally stored firmware files, click "Browse", or "Browse and Update" on the bottom left side of the page, then select the downloaded firmware upgrade .swu file
